1. Terms of Service (ToS)
By using the services provided by Ragu Tech Solutions, including Cloud POS, Offline POS, domain registration, shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers, you agree to the following terms:
1.1 Services Covered

Cloud POS: Internet-based point of sale software.

Offline POS: Local software installed on your hardware.

Domain registration: Management and registration of domain names.

Shared hosting: Web hosting on shared servers.
-
Reseller hosting: Hosting accounts resold by you to third parties.

VPS hosting: Virtual private servers with dedicated resources.

Dedicated servers: Physical servers leased to you.
1.2 User Obligations

Provide accurate information.

Maintain account security.

Comply with all applicable laws.

Use services responsibly and ethically.
1.3 Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule.

Late payments may cause service suspension.

No service is provided without payment.

We reserve the right to charge late fees.
1.4 Data Accuracy & Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data in all services.

Backup your data regularly.
-
We are not responsible for data loss except where caused by our gross negligence.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

Illegal activities (fraud, hacking, phishing, piracy).
-
Spamming or unsolicited mass messaging.
-
Abuse, harassment, or threats to our staff or others.
-
Unauthorized access or attempts to damage our infrastructure.

Violation of intellectual property rights.

Using services to disrupt others’ service.
Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
3. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services under these conditions:

Non-payment beyond 7 days after due date.

Breach of Acceptable Use Policy.

Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff or their families.
-
Violation of terms that harm our business or reputation.
You may terminate any service by providing a written notice 7 days in advance. No refunds will be given for prepaid periods after termination.
4. Refund Policy

Payments for completed service periods are non-refundable.
-
No refunds on setup or installation fees.
-
Refunds considered only for proven service outages or faults.
-
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of issue detection.
5. Data & Privacy Policy

We protect your data with industry-standard security.
-
Data retention and backup policies differ by service type.
-
For domain services, we comply with registry regulations.
-
Your data will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Support Policy

Support is provided during business hours via email and phone.
-
We assist with technical issues, not user errors or misuse.
-
Hardware issues for dedicated servers and offline POS are client responsibility unless under maintenance contracts.
7. Additional Notes on ERP & POS Services
-
Cloud POS data is backed up and maintained on our servers.
-
Offline POS data backup is the client’s responsibility.
-
Misuse or abusive communication related to POS services may lead to immediate termination.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these policies. Users will be notified of significant changes.
